Nature Aquarium – Relaxation

It often happens that we don’t relax because we don’t even think about it. We are unable to find even a moment for ourselves in our daily rush, and even a short moment of respite becomes wasted time for us. The presence of the Natural Aquarium becomes an excuse to relax, it first attracts our eyes, and when we stare at it, our thoughts automatically engage in contemplation of what we see; the natural arrangement of plants, roots and stones, the regular, undisturbed movement of animals in the clear water.

Relaxation occurs after just a few minutes of focusing on the reality created inside the aquarium, the state of relaxation deepens by gradually reducing muscle tension, heart rate and blood pressure, and slowing down breathing. In a state of complete relaxation, brain activity also changes. In relaxation techniques, in order to free the consciousness from countless thought threads, it is recommended to imagine views that do not arouse strong emotional reactions – the Natural Aquarium perfectly replaces the need to induce this type of projection.

Discovering relaxation and using it in our daily routine can be a real blessing for us, as it guarantees recovery from a state of fatigue, nervousness, depression or apathy
